My book illustrations don't look like my child
Make sure you've uploaded a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. Our AI works best with photos where the child's face is clearly visible. You can re-upload a better photo and regenerate the illustrations from the book detail page.
How do I get a refund?
Contact us using the form below within 30 days of purchase. We'll either regenerate the book with different settings for free, or provide a full refund.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — go to your Dashboard, then your account settings. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my child's data?
Go to your Dashboard → Children → select the child profile → click Delete. This permanently removes the profile, all photos, and associated data.
My PDF looks different from the digital reader
The PDF is optimized for print (8.5" × 8.5" format with bleed margins). The digital reader is optimized for screen viewing. Both contain the same story and illustrations.
Can I print the book professionally?
Yes! The PDF is print-ready with professional bleed margins, crop marks (optional), and high-resolution images. Any print shop can produce a beautiful physical book from it.
